The thank-you page (and normally the order email) contains your personal, token-secured return link. Prefilled, no account needed.
Request the return
Pick the products, choose a reason and confirm. Then switch to the dashboard and handle it yourself: approve, receive, complete.
Report a defect
Choose the reason "Defective or damaged" and watch the request become a warranty claim (a Pro feature), with a repair / replace / refund decision in the dashboard.
